Disputes that cannot be resolved through ki88's internal process may be escalated to PAGCOR's player complaint mechanism in accordance with PAGCOR's published procedures. The courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings that cannot be resolved through the foregoing processes.
